The USAID ATLAS project responds to specific USAID, implementing partner and adaptation community research and thought leadership needs related to adaptation issues and effective programming. Our approach focuses on generating practical tools to help Missions and their partners view development priorities through a climate change lens, identify risks, and put adaptation into action.
