The opening session of the USAID Eastern and Southern Caribbean Regional Climate Symposium will feature high-level remarks from U.S. Government officials and partners, a poetry performance, and a live signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between regional organizations, including the Caribbean Community Climate Change Center, the Caribbean Institute for Meteorology and Hydrology, the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency, and USAID.
