The USAID Climate Finance for Development Accelerator (CFDA) held its inaugural Climate Finance Investment Network (CFIN) webinar on May 1, 2024. CFDA presented an overview of the program as USAID's flagship climate finance initiative and hosted a panel discussion with partners under the Adaptation Finance Window. Panelists shared insights into working with USAID to close the adaptation finance gap through innovative parametric insurance solutions.
To address the area’s climate risks, USAID’s Resilient Waters Program conducted a Livelihoods-focused Climate Risk Assessment to inform and stress test the KAZA TFCA’s Livelihood Diversification Strategy.
