USAID CLEER Web Tool Training
The CLEER Tool is a web-based platform that provides a consistent and user-friendly approach for estimating and reporting greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reduced or avoided across USAID Clean Energy programs. The Tool helps operating units and implementers report on two USAID GCC Indicators, EG.12-6 and EG.12-7, and includes 17 clean energy technology types. This webinar, hosted in September 2017 by the USAID RALI project, provided an overview of CLEER methodologies, discussed recent updates to the CLEER Tool, and included a demonstration of the Tool.
