USAID Resilient Waters Program Celebrates the Achievement of Two of its Scholarship Recipients Having Completed their Masters Projects

Resilient Waters is currently supporting nine students from the University of Stellenbosch in South Africa with funding for their Masters and Doctoral academic projects. This is to help nurture and develop research skills in disciplines that are highly required to administer effective transboundary management of natural resources in the Southern African region. The scholarship initiative builds the leadership skills of the beneficiaries and stimulates innovative thinking to help them address challenges relating to complex issues linked to natural resources management, including water and sanitation to enhance resilience in their communities.
